Domiciliation Services
According to Cyprus legislation (Companies Act CAP.113 as amended by 124(I) of 2006) foreign companies may be re-domiciled in the Republic of Cyprus and may be registered as a company in Cyprus continuing there operations and existence through Cyprus, while enjoying tax and other benefits.
The Oxford Team since the implementation of the new legislation has successfully completed several re-domiciliation procedures of foreign companies to Cyprus.
