Mr Athos Fouttis is the Managing Director of Oxford Management Limited. He is an International Tax Consultant and is a member of the Australian Society of Certified Public Accountants, a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia and a member of the Cyprus Accountants Association.

He has 25 years experience in Australia and Cyprus as an auditor and international tax consultant and specializes in international tax matters and offshore trusts.

He is an Author of articles in the international press on related topics and he regularly lectures on international tax planning and asset protection trusts.

She is part of the team formulating the overall policy of our company and she is also in charge of our “clients account department”. She has many years experience in company management.

Nicole Chrysanthou - DIRECTOR / MARKETING DEPARTMENT MANAGER

Nicole has graduated from Kingston University in London and she is a holder of an MBA (Master in Business Administration).

She is in charge of our marketing department which organises all promotional activities of the company (Educational seminars and other activities aiming to inform clients and associates of developments and techniques in international tax planning as well as the "offshore" and "trusts" fields).

Nicole is also in charge of our “overseas incorporation department” that deals with incorporation of companies in foreign jurisdictions.

Fiona Zenonos - VAT & Bookkeeping Department Manager

Fiona graduated from the University of South Australia with an MBA (Masters Degree in Business Administration) specializing in Management.

She has worked for a number of years in the Australian Taxation Office and is in charge of the VAT and Bookkeeping Department and our United Kingdom client portfolio for individual and company tax compliance.

She specializes in E.U. VAT, UK and Australian Tax issues.

Demetris Achilleos - Legal and Corporate Department Manager

Demetris Achilleos is the Manager of the Legal and Corporate Department. He obtained the Bar License in 2006, following his legal studies in London. He graduated in 2005 from Kingston Law School while obtaining an LLB (Hons) and the following year completed his master’s degree specializing on Corporate Law.

Demetris has experience in litigation, corporate and international tax.

Mary Georgiou - Accounts Department Manager

Mary Georgiou is the Manager of the Accounts Department. Mary has obtained an HND Computer and Science Degree from Central London Polytechnic.

She has extensive experience in the accounts department of an industrial company and now she has been responsible for our accounts department since 2006.

She is responsible for the accounts of the Oxford Group of Companies including invoicing, payroll, Debtor / Creditor control e.t.c

Irene Theocharous – BANKING DEPARTMENT MANAGER

DSC_4027Irene is in charge of the Banking Department. She graduated from Frederick Institute of Technology in 2004 and since then she worked in Oxford’s Banking Department. Throughout the years she gained great experience on the banking sector and financial institutions.

Irene is responsible for the proficient training of the new members of the department on banking matters such as opening of bank accounts, dealing of transfer payments and other related banking services.

Raluca Stefainschi - Romanian Representative Office Manager
