BUY IMMOVABLE PROPERTY IN CYPRUS WITHOUT RESTRICTIONS
The Cyprus Parliament has amended the Acquisition of Immovable Property (Aliens) Law in order to align with the European Treaties and Directives. The amendments eliminate any restrictions, which currently exist, for acquiring immovable property in Cyprus by European citizens. This also provides the right to legal entities incorporated in any European member state which maintain their management and statutory seat in such member state.
