URGENT & FINAL REMINDER – GOVERNMENT LEVY
All companies who have still not paid the annual levy for 2011 must pay to Registrar of companies by 30th December 2011. This means we must receive the funds in our Clients Account by Wednesday 21st December as we intend to make payment on the 22nd December 2011.Anyone who pays after that means that we will have to charge a fee for separate delivery to the Registrar of companies.
Effectively any company who was incorporated on or before 31st December 2010 and had any kind of income during 2011 will have to pay the levy.
